Lane County Animal Services Hosts Adopt-A-Buddy

Contacts: Lane County Animal Services Supervisor Tom Howard, 682-2356; Lane County Animal Services Analyst Rochelle Jones, 682-3013

Two cats, two dogs, or one cat and one dog. Anyway you choose, Lane County Animal Services hopes community members will take advantage of the opportunity to adopt two pets for the price of one during its Adopt-A-Buddy event.

From 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 22 through Saturday, July 26, community members may come down to LCAS (located at 3970 W. First Ave., Eugene) and adopt any two animals. Pay the price of one adoption and get the lower priced adoption free.

"We need the community’s support to be successful in placing adoptable animals with caring owners," said Tom Howard, LCAS supervisor. "During this time of year, which is kitten season we have many, many cute little kittens ready to be placed in loving homes."

For more information on the Adopt-A-Buddy event, call 682-3467.
