Central Lane Justice Court now offers the opportunity to make your court payments online. This service offers convenient, 24 hour access to court fine/fee information and allows you to submit payments electronically.

Lane County is working to increase access to the Justice Courts by assisting clients with this 24-hour ability to pay helping eliminate the inconvenience, time, and expense of appearing in person at the courthouse.

Your case is eligible for online payment if a decision has been entered, a fine has been imposed and your scheduled payment is not past due.

“The ability to make payments online may help prevent late payments, which cost clients additional fees, loss of their driving privileges and referral to an outside agency for collection negatively impacting their credit rating,” said Judge Cynthia Sinclair.

Payments made online will be processed and your account will be credited the next business day.  Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card only.
