Oregon county election officials continue to count ballots received from other counties, provisional ballots, and signature discrepancy ballots that voters have until November 14 to resolve, through this week and next. 

Certified election results will be completed by the 20th day after the election on November 24 as required by Oregon Law.

An automatic recount (ORS 258.280) is not determined until after the final certification of election results (November 24) is completed, which is when the difference is within 1/5th of 1 percent =   difference within .002
