This training will begin at 9:00a.m. It is your responsibility to arrive on time. Those who arrive after the start time may be asked to reschedule their attendance.

Orientation Training is required for all QMHP’s and any QMHA’s who submit registrations, billings, and treatment plans. Failure to attend a credentialing training may result in the provider not being paid for services provided to LaneCare members.

This is the last Orientation Training for Calendar Year 2011.
